Some of the staff members were really helpful. The location couldn't be more great and absolutely perfect to the expo center. It was also near the riverfront and restaurants and church hill downs racetrack and downtown.

The room was spotless and modern, nice to relax in. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a pleasant stroll away from Kentucky Kingdom Water Park.

Stayed in a great-sized room with a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable & the staff was very amiable. The location was perfect and the free parking was on site. I had a very very good stay.

Greatly enjoyed Louisville, the hotel was great near the airport. The staff was affable and superfriendly, as for 3-stars venue. Its location was perfect, next to church hill downs racetrack, the riverfront and restaurants and Kentucky Kingdom. Also, Kentucky Kingdom Water Park was 1 mile away. Everything was simply excellent🙂😀

Great hotel in a fairly nice area next to Churchill Downs, and church hill downs racetrack. Comfortable beds and a microwave, a fridge and coffee/tea makers. Well-equipped bathroom with a tub.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge. And there were comfortable beds.

The shuttle service to and from the expo show was very convenient. The room was quite comfortable and better than any I've stayed in for the last several years. The location of the hotel was great and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was unbeatable, for example, Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park was within a close distance from the hotel.

This hotel was a great value for the money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location was perfect for anyone visiting the University of Louisville, making it convenient for those with activities on campus. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were large, spacious, and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Additionally, the breakfast options were not your usual standard hotel breakfast, offering a variety of healthier selections and the flexibility to eat whenever I wanted.

All was ok, but there is room for improvement.

Everything was excellent, the parking was onsite, the room was huge. The staff was excellent plus the location was great and perfect. The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a nice enough area. Had a real good time.

The value for money was great, and the room was clean and well-stocked with plenty of linens. The location was perfect for our activities at the University of Louisville, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a few more options.
